A portable trash compactor (FIG. ) to compact trash within dumpsters or trash bins and also other waste producers and containers; comprised of a frame, motor and the use of hydraulic pump to power the arm and ram head that attaches by pins and bushings to the frame, much like that of a backhoe digger boom. It is controlled by the hydraulic controls that are attached by hydraulic hose to the hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinders that apply pressure to swing and boom arm and weight ram or compaction head with a pivotal action and great force. Can be used as a trailer (FIG. ) or used carried by other vehicles.

Abstract:

Laminated carpeting consisting of a secondary backing adhered to a greige good of yarn tufted into a primary backing are prepared from polyurethane adhesives by single puddle processes which allow for lowered use of polyurethane while producing carpets exhibiting excellent delamination strength. Preferably, a reactive polyurethane system is employed as a primary adhesive, and the secondary backing is skip-coated with a minor amount of a non-advancing skip coat.
