    Provided are methods, compositions, and kits employing a molecule that exhibits a function of the PB domain. In particular, such methods, compositions, and kits may be used for inhibiting tumorigenesis. Also provided are molecules that exhibit a function of the PB domain and methods for making such molecules. Additionally provided are cell lines that express a polypeptide having a function of the PB domain, as well as transgenic animals that express a polypeptide having a function of the PB domain.
