Description:

I specialize in a few geographic as well as demographic areas. Geographically, I focus mainly on the Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township areas. I have lived here for over 15 years and I know this market intimately. That being said, I also branch out to surrounding areas as well because with the advent of the Internet, coupled with my mathematics degree (heavy focus on research), it is not difficult to quickly familiarize myself with a particular area. Having been a former business owner and Sales Director of a couple of software firms, I also focus on working with investors. I know the business side and the financial motivations involved with real estate investments. I use all tools at my disposal to educate myself and provide every negotiating advantage for my clients. Some times this involves the buying and selling of bank properties (REO's or foreclosures; Short Sales) and sometimes it simply involves the buying and selling of privately owned properties where motivation levels are high. I have an investor program called "Investor First" that requires very little money up front and the upside potential is incredible. This is not to say that the investments come without risk. However, I have been blessed with the talent and resources to manage this risk. These investment programs can involve the use of private money so it is best to discuss this program in detail, in person, as there is not enough space in a profile such as this to adequately describe the program. Suffice it to say that Millionaires are being made in Real Estate in this current market and I and my team have the tools available to make my clients additions to that list.
