Led by the success, and sometimes the notoriety, of these films, Russell progressed into the cinema. In 1963 he made an underrated offbeat comedy, French Dressing, and, four years later, a thriller, Billion Dollar Brain, taken from Len Deighton's novel and starring Michael Caine as Harry Palmer. His
Isnt this sort of tailored for you? Youre playing a master spy and we all know you certainly from Harry Palmer, The Fourth Protocol and many spies youve played before. What was it like this time returning to the world of spies?
