I am proud to be a Realtor! I entered this industry because I saw a better way to communicate and work with clients. I had spent years working in a related industry and watched as both Buyers and Sellers complained about lack of communication, lack of technology, lack of resources. I knew there was so much potential to do more for clients, so I decided to get my license and do just that! I enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because buying a home is such an important milestone in a person's life! Being a part of that allows me to educate, guide and assist someone with finding their FIRST dream home. I strive to keep my clients up to date on the different steps of the process and what to anticipate along the way. There are so many facets that it is easy for a Buyer to get overwhelmed and dread the process, instead of enjoying it! The sellers that I work are offered the most exposure of any company out there. I offer advertising on over 900 websites, so buyers everywhere can find their listings. In addition, my background in marketing allows me to design flyers that catch the attention of other Realtors and Buyers. I use nontraditional techniques to attract Buyers to my homes, including Property Facebook pages, Social Media outreach, IPad applications, Individualized websites per listing, Open House Tours and personal attention to all drive-by buyers. All of my clients are encouraged to tailor the transaction to meet their needs: paperless or traditional pen to paper signings, personalized websites and property searches, showings at their convenience (not just 9-5pm), utilizing my background in the title insurance industry to structure the most effective negotiations, take advantage of my resources in this industry to reduce the amount of time it takes to find their dream home, but also to get to a closing.
