BACKGROUND: Heather came to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston in 1993 after deciding not to accept an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy. After graduating from the College of Charleston Heather attended the Medical University of South Carolina where she received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. After completing her studies in 2000 Heather married Jamison Howard, a local Custom Home Builder and Owner of Max G. Crosby Construction Co. Inc. Married now for 11 years Jamison and Heather have 2 children, Katelyn (8) and Jamison (6). “Heather is my best critic. She is always helping me to improve my business.
