Abstract:
Systems and methods provide interactive functionality and the ability for integrating coupon delivery with the use and features of a variety of portable, electronic devices. Coupons, advertisements, and/or other types of promotional content may be directed to a user's device from one or more of a plurality of sources. The presentation, use, and/or rendering of such promotional content is configurable according to, e.g., a consumer's preferences, an advertiser or coupon provider's preferences, and/or in an electronic FSI format, from which coupons may be printed, utilized in e-commerce, and/or linked to one or more loyalty cards/frequent shopper cards or accounts, for subsequent redemption. Shopping lists may be created with information regarding products based on such promotional content, and or the retrieval of product identifying information. Implementation of the systems and methods includes embedding promotional content into various types of media content, and/or via a standalone application.
Systems, methods and program products for facilitating etailing, one method, comprising: accessing coupon data for one or more coupons; serving, a consumer registration page to obtain a consumer fulfillment address and payment account information for the consumer, and to issue a passcode; receiving data requesting purchase of a product and/or service with an associated coupon; serving data listing one or more etailers for the product and/or service, with a price for the product and/or service for the one or more etailers; receiving data indicating that an ecommerce transaction has occurred or is occurring to purchase the product and/or service from one of the one or more etailers; and initiating and/or authorizing provision of a credit for the coupon.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for verifying the validity of a coupon to facilitate coupon redemption. A coupon is provided with a coupon code. The coupon code has at least an encoded URL and an encrypted unique coupon identifier. A scanner scans the encrypted unique coupon identifier on the coupon. The scanner accesses a verification server via the URL. The verification server decrypts the encrypted unique coupon identifier and determines whether the decrypted unique coupon identifier is a valid coupon identifier.

Abstract:
Systems and method are provided for ensuring secure and validated coupon generation and distribution, and the prevention of fraudulent coupon printing. A Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is provided to a consumer, where the URL points to a dynamic coupon webpage presentable to the consumer, and where the URL includes a link identifier indicative of a coupon contained on the dynamic coupon webpage to be printed. The URL may include a member identifier (MID) that uniquely identifies the consumer and provides security regarding the printing of the coupon by limiting the number of prints that the consumer can make of the coupon. Furthermore, a token may be utilized in conjunction with the MID for additional security regarding the printing of the coupon by preventing the printing of the coupon if the token is invalid or expired.
