Bragging Rights:

Sono dermatologo, ma anch'io ho sofferto di psoriasi e ho vissuto questo dramma. Adesso ho debellato il male, nel senso che non ho più nessun sintomo, e mi sento felice, vorrei che tutti provassero questa felicità. Ho capito che la medicina può dare ora soltanto risposte parziali a questa malattia devastante dal punto di vista fisico e psicologico. Non vuol dire ovviamente che le medicine non vadano usate, combattono comunque i sintomi, ma l'origine della malattia e la sua cura è molto più lontana dalla pelle e la risposta da dare è nella nutrizione e nello stile di vita. Il sistema immunitario è responsabile di quello che accade in superficie. Io stesso ho tratto giovamento dall'aver cambiato modello di alimentazione e vita. Anche vivere la mia vecchiaia in maniera ritirata e serena, lontano dalla gente e dallo stress, fa parte di un cambiamento sostanziale della mia esistenza.
