A method and system for performing multi-level searches includes a user device and a display associated with the user device. A guide system receives a content provider category for a first content and receives a global guide category different than the content provider category for the first content. A communication network communicates the global guide category and the provider category to the user device. A receiving device and method for operating the same includes a tuner tuned to a first channel having a first program, a memory storing program guide data therein and a controller in communication with the tuner and the memory. A system and method for testing a set top box includes a test manager module in communication with the set top box having a test script including a bitstream. A bitstream player in communication with the test manager module receives the bitstream and communicates the bitstream to the set top box. A combination of tiling, stretching, and/or mirroring is used to generate the anti-aliased destination line. Text is rendered to a television screen using only the alpha channel. This is accomplished by delaying blending with underlying video until the end of the process to thereby preserve the alpha channel information. Glyphs are used to graphically represent character data in the text to be rendered. Glyphs can be stored in a character texture. In addition, the glyphs can be contained in rectangles having identifiable locations in the character texture. The rectangles can have sizes dependent upon the glyph the rectangle contains.

Abstract:

A tamper-resistant fastener such as a nut for a bicycle has a smoothly rounded generally dome-shaped body and one or more recesses formed into the body. Each recess has a first and open ended portion which is bounded on radially inward side but not on the radially outward side, and a second and closed ended portion which is bounded on both the radially inward side and the radially outward side. Additionally, each recess can have an additional notch formed therein, the recess and notch together forming a major and minor recess. A wall which bounds the radially inward side of the recess decreases in radial distance from the central axis of the nut as the recess proceeds in the circumferential direction. A mating wrench has teeth that match the recesses and, if present, the notches.
