Abstract:Two-dimensional coupled resonator optical waveguide arrangements and systems, devices, and methods thereof. Networks of coupled resonator optical waveguides are arranged so as to exploit topological properties of these optical networks. Such arrangement affords topological protection against disorders or perturbations in the network that may hinder or block photon flow. As a result of a disorder, photons traversing along edge states of the array are rerouted based on the disorder or perturbation. Photon routing in the network is accordingly protected against disorder or defects.

My name is Jacob Taylor, and I currently work as a real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty in Ashburn. I am privileged to work out of a large office of experienced agents, giving my clients the combination of vast resources and experience as well as youthful energy and passion to aggressively see their needs are met. I grew up outside of the northern Virginia suburbs and have spent my whole life in northern Virginia. After going to school to get my bachelors degree I felt the desire to begin my real estate career to help people in what I saw as a time of need. The bursting of the real estate bubble revealed just how many people had been mislead or misinformed by the professionals they trusted most, and I saw this in how some of my friends were effected. I really enjoy working with buyers helping them not only find their dream home, but in making the process as stress free and easy as possible. For some buyers those obstacles such as credit issues and financial concerns can seem daunting. Overcoming obstacles for my clients is one of the things I enjoy the most. I seek to guide my clients through both the apparent and hidden dangers, and find them something much more than just a house; their home. One of my favorite aspects about serving in real estate is the blessing to get to meet people and get to know them and their diverse personalities and life stories. Being allowed to be a part of that is a privilege. I believe life is about so much more than money, and so I strive to help my clients make smart financial decisions with the biggest one they will make. I believe it should be out of mind so they can focus on the things that really matter. My goal is to provide my clients with exceptional service, always.
