Description:

As a young adventurer I had traveled all over the world, experienced different cultures, and visited every country that I had ever wanted to by the time I was 25 years old - mostly all by myself. My travels have greatly enhanced my ability to connect with people from backgrounds and cultures vastly different from my own. Most of my visits were short term but I was also fortunate to have an opportunity to live in China for 2 years, teaching English at a university in Wuhan. I have to confess - despite my own high opinion of my Chinese, this opinion was not always shared by the Chinese people themselves; and I left China with many funny stories resulting from comical miscommunications. In fact, one journalist liked my stories so much he published them in his newspaper and turned me into a local celebrity. After returning from China I started getting involved with real estate investment activities by purchasing small apartment complexes, beach front condos, and single family homes in nice neighborhoods in south Florida. I gradually decided to get a real estate broker's license, but then ventured into trading stocks, stock options and currency for a few years. Unfortunately, I got caught up with the thrill of day trading, and after losing a lot of money from a few bad trades, I decided to move to Jacksonville to downsize my life style and concentrate on real estate activities. I have been working as a broker, happily representing my clients since 2009. My consistent success with all different kinds of short sale transactions have helped many clients over the last 3 years. On the buying side - I can gladly say that many of my buyers were able to get the best purchase price possible through my negotiations. I am also trained through the Certified International Property Specialist program to work with foreign nationals, and I have a team that helps with international law, currency conversion as well as financing. I am glad that I have been able to bless many people through my real estate activities, and I can proudly say that I have made some significant differences in the lives of some great people.
