Woman stabbed to death while giving money to a homeless person
Jacquelyn Smith, from Aberdeen, was riding in the car with her husband and his daughter on Saturday around midnight in Baltimore when she noticed a young woman begging for cash. The woman appeared to be carrying a baby and held a sign reading, Please help me feed my baby, KUTV reported.
