An apparatus and a system, as well as a method and article, may operate to circulate a coolant through a thermal conduit thermally coupled to a chassis heat exchange element including a plurality of receiving sections thermally coupled to a corresponding plurality of electronic devices. The application discloses a method and apparatus to apply pressure to a heated or weld region of a workpiece to relieve residual stress and distortion. The present disclosure relates to apparatuses and methods for terminating communication on a communication line between a carrier and at least one node located at a subsurface location. The apparatus may include a control member configured to initiate termination of communication in response to a controlled signal.
