Abstract:

A latch mechanism for releasably latching or holding a first member with respect to a second member in a structure. The latch mechanism includes a bolt assembly, mounting brackets, and a locking trigger. The latch mechanism also includes a rotatable locking cam for providing retention of the bolt assembly in a latched or locked condition.

Abstract:

A latch assembly is provided having a deadbolt rod assembly, and a first lock actuating means for moving the latch assembly between an unlocked position, wherein the deadbolt rod assembly is in a retracted position and a locked position, wherein the deadbolt rod assembly is in an extended position. The latch assembly further includes a second lock actuating means for moving the latch assembly between the unlocked position, the locked position, and a lockout position wherein the deadbolt rod assembly is extended but cannot be retracted by the first lock actuating means.

Abstract:

A lock assembly is provided having a deadbolt assembly with a deadbolt that is movable between an unlocked position, wherein the deadbolt is in a retracted position and a locked position, wherein the deadbolt is in an extended position. The lock assembly further includes a first lock actuator removably connected to the deadbolt for moving the deadbolt between the unlocked and locked positions and a second lock actuator connected to the deadbolt for moving the deadbolt between the unlocked position, the locked position and a lockout position wherein the deadbolt is connected to the second lock actuator but disconnected from the first lock actuator, rendering the first lock actuator inoperable.

Abstract:

Bearing assemblies are described herein. For example, a bearing assembly comprising an outer bearing ring, an inner bearing ring, and a ball bearing, wherein the outer bearing ring and inner bearing ring encapsulate the ball bearing. The ball bearing can be fabricated from a polyimide or Superimide SC-610. The outer ring bearing may include a shelf arranged about the perimeter of the inner surface of the outer bearing ring. The bearing assembly can be positioned within a rod end housing, wherein the outer bearing ring is secured in the rod end housing by a swaging operation and the inner bearing ring can be secured in the rod end housing by a swaging operation. The swaging operation can secure the inner bearing ring to the outer bearing ring. The outer bearing ring and inner ring bearing can be integral to the rod end housing.
