A clip for assembling a module comprising a flange head bolt, and a member that receives the flange head bolt. The clip has an inner washer and an outer washer that are joined by a bridging portion. The outer washer has a retainer tub that engages the flange of the flange head bolt. The clip may be referred to as a banjo clip when it is used with a banjo block that connects a brake line to a brake caliper.
An interlocked clamp for an elongated member such as a pipe, tube cable, or the like is provided. The two-part clamp is interlocked on one end and is secured by a fastener to a supporting surface on an opposite end. The two parts are interlocked by a T-shaped distal end of one of the clamp members that is received in an elongated slot formed in the other clamp member. A finger is provided that extends across the slot and secures the T-shaped distal end within the slot.
A grommeted clamp assembly is provided for securing an elongated member to an underlying surface. The grommeted clamp assembly includes a grommet having a generally tubular body with an ovate cross section. An opening extends lengthwise along the body and is sized for receiving an elongated member. The grommet includes at least one transverse projection. The assembly includes a pair of clamp portions each having an anchoring end, an interlocking end, and a curved portion. A second anchoring end is configured for alignment with the first anchoring end. A second interlocking end is configured for being received by a slot of the first interlocking end. A second curved portion cooperates with a first curved portion to collectively support the grommet. At least one of the curved portions includes an elongated slot for receiving the at least one transverse projection for retaining the grommet.
A wrap bracket assembly is provided for securing an elongated member. The assembly includes a bracket with a clamp extending from a base to wrap around the elongated member. The clamp defines an aperture, and includes side edges that extend around the elongated member. The assembly also includes a grommet forming a split tubular body that defines a substantially cylindrical cavity. The body has an axially extending opening through which the elongated member is inserted into the cavity. The body includes a pair of flanges, each of which engages one of the first and second side edges to nest the grommet within the clamp. A projection is provided that extends radially outward from the body and is received in the aperture to circumferentially align the grommet with the bracket.

Abstract:
A clamp assembly is provided with a first clamp portion and a second clamp portion. The first clamp portion includes a first anchoring end, a first interlocking end with an interlocking aperture projecting therethrough, and a first curved portion formed between the first anchoring end and the first interlocking end. The second clamp portion includes a second anchoring end that is configured for alignment with the first anchoring end, a second interlocking end that is received by the interlocking aperture of the first interlocking end, and a second curved portion that cooperates with the first curved portion to collectively form a support. The second interlocking end includes a tab having a transverse orientation for insertion into the interlock aperture, that is sized to extend beyond a width of the interlock aperture when plastically deformed for locking the second clamp portion to the first clamp portion.

Abstract:
A captivating clamp assembly includes a base clamp and a retainer clamp that are connected by a T-shaped end received in a U-shaped opening. A bendable tab is offset relative to the transversely adjacent portions of the clamp assembly in an assembly position. The bendable tab interlocks the T-shaped end in a passageway in a retention position. A grommet may be assembled between the base clamp and retainer clamp for holding elongated members on a support structure.

Loppers include first and second elongated handles that are both directly connected and indirectly connected through a linkage assembly. The first handle has a static blade having a concave shearing edge extending generally transverse from the longitudinal axis of the first handle. The second handle has a curved end portion that curves toward the first handle and is pivotally secured to the static blade. An articulated blade has a convex cutting edge and is rotatably secured to the static blade. A link connects the curved end portion to an end of the articulated blade. Movement of the second handle relative to the first handle pivots the curved end portion about the static blade, thereby moving the cutting edge relative to the shearing edge via the link. The static blade and articulate blade are offset from the handles and extend generally transverse to the longitudinal axis of the first handle.
