Abstract:

A method and apparatus are provided for presenting leasing arrangements for a plurality of rental spaces. The method includes the steps of providing a graphical user interface that depicts the plurality of rental spaces within a two-dimensional layout on a display of the graphical user interface, where a relative size and relative location of each rental space on the display is proportional to a relative physical size and relative location of the actual rental spaces and associating a menu with at least some of the rental spaces on the display where the menu provides additional information regarding the rental space, building, rental space user prospects and associated documents.

Abstract:

Histograms are widely used to explore data, to present data, and to persuade with data. A method and system for identifying all possible histograms from a data sample using histogram appearances. The method and system includes determining all possible one dimensional histogram appearances for a transformed data sample using constant width intervals and for multidimensional appearances with data cell boundaries that are parallel as well as not parallel to data space axes together with multiple conditions on the interval widths for each dimension or transformed dimension.

A faucet spout for dispensing a fluid includes a first capillary for transporting a first fluid in the faucet spout, a second capillary for transporting a second fluid in the faucet spout and a mixer at a the expulsive end of the faucet spout for mixing the first fluid and the second fluid. Abstract:

A method and system for determining blended histogram shape identifiers. A blended set of possible histogram shapes is created by selecting generated histogram shapes from a first generated set of all possible histogram shapes generated with a first method that include highest order rankings from a first pre-determined ranking order and generated histogram shapes from a second set of all possible histogram shapes generated with a second method that include highest rankings from a second pre-determined ranking order. A graphical histogram is displayed using the third blended set of all possible histogram shapes, thereby creating the graphical histogram with a new set of all possible histogram shapes based on an aggregate rakings order of histogram shapes generated with the first and second methods.
