Twenty years ago, I moved from the Pacific Northwest to Baltimore. Formerly a Registered Nurse manager for inpatient cancer services in a regional academic health center, I made a career move to real estate in 2003. Understanding the challenges of moving, and the fact that the process of selling or buying a home is often a deeply personal experience filled with emotional and financial consequence, I believe my clients and colleagues appreciate my discretion and care, technological savvy, competence, and knowledge of market conditions. In 2010, Residential Appraiser and Sales Associate, MARK ANGELOZZI joined forces, and buyers and sellers now “get three-for-one”. His 27-year career as an appraiser enables us to provide buyers and sellers with insight into determining market value and listing prices.
