About:

Janet graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Family Studies and Child Development. She and her Marine husband moved from California to northern Virginia 26 years ago with their two daughters and their Golden Retriever. Janet worked as an educator and executive assistant prior to receiving her Real Estate license. During her first year in real estate, she excelled and was inducted into the Prince William Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and has continued every year thereafter. Janet has gained multiple designations indicating a desire for higher education and dedication to her clients and career as a Real Estate professional. She received her ABR designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative, the GRI designation from the Graduate Real Estate Institute, the SRES as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and her e-PRO certification, a rigorous certification program endorsed by the prestigious National Association of Realtors (NAR), enabling her to employ the latest electronic services to serve her clients. She has most recently been certified as a Distressed Property Expert and offers consultation to homeowners wishing to avoid foreclosure.
