Janis Morgan – Team Leader/Buyer’s Agent/Listing Agent Janis is -- and will continue to be -- involved in all aspects of the team’s real estate transactions. She assists buyer clients in locating and purchasing homes and acts as the exclusive listing agent for seller clients. Janis places heavy emphasis on maximizing exposure for listings and assisting buyers in identifying prime properties. Kari Whitaker – Buyer Agent In herrole as supporting buyer agent, Kari provides timely responses to email questions concerning, sign calls, and cold calls on our listed properties. She will communicate and assist Janis with potential clients who request property information -- buying and selling -- via the team website, our advertisements, and other forms of exposure. Kari will also assist Janis’ clients when she is unavailable for any reason. Angela Jones – Transaction Coordinator Angela is the team liaison. She is in constant contact with the client from contract-to-close. Angela coordinates all aspects of the transaction process: provides feedback, addresses client needs, schedules appointments, creates marketing & advertising materials, and provides many other services as needed. She is in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Neil Morgan – Team Operations Manager Neil handles commercial properties, raw land, ranch, and other special properties. He is the team photographer, responsible for photographing properties for marketing. Neil also works with technical consultants to make sure we are current with available resources. My team and I are so excited about the enhanced customer service support system we are able to provide for you.
