Recipient of Award of Excellence multiple times at GXS Received an Award of Excellence as project manager for relocating the business’s Dev./QA environment to another facility spanning over 12 months. The infrastructure move involved a migration of 400 physical machine devices, which consolidation planning reduced the infrastructure to 190 physical machine devices from server virtualization. The successful project help saved the business 38k per year savings for electricity consumption alone. Received Award of Excellence serving as co-project team lead from planning and design with the business construction project of a 1.7 million state of the art NOC center. Primary responsibility was project lead for network consoles connectivity migration to the new NOC, NOC workstation desktops, projector hardware/software purchasing, and design layout for the workstations.
