Jason Allen Gardner is a Nevada REALTOR� with Exit Realty Imoti, located at 8260 West Charleston Blvd. Suite #1 Las Vegas, NV 89117. He passed the Nevada Property Management Exam and the Nevada Real Estate Broker's Exam in August of 2009. Jason received his salesperson license in September 2009, his Property Management Permit was attached in October 2009, and he was inducted into the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS� in October 2009. Jason's traits are direct, organized, professional, respectful, honest, and personable. Jason was born and raised in Florence, Kentucky in 1975, and graduated from Boone County High School in 1993. After much traveling around the country, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in November 2005. Jason married Denise Mike, a Native American Navajo Indian, on October 21, 2006 at the Little Chapel of the West. Denise gave birth to their first baby, a little baby boy, on September 21, 2009. Jason enjoys spending time golfing, traveling, and with his family. He has two dogs; a German Sheppard / Labrador mix named PJ, and a chocolate Labrador named Zo�. Jason has attended the University of Phoenix to obtain his BS in Business Management degree, and will finish his last credit in January 2010. He is a former Structural Wood Component Designer who has worked at large and small plants, and with the greatest Architects and Engineers, across the country. Jason prefers Country music like the Zach Brown Band, but also likes a little AC / DC once in a while. Jason's favorite television shows are Flipping Out and Hell's Kitchen, and his favorite movies are Sci-Fi based movies like Star Trek, Transformers; and Action movies like the Bourne series. He prefers books like Ender's Game and the books by Clive Cussler. Jason's favorite places that he has lived so far are: Savannah, Georgia, Bend, Oregon, and Phoenix, Arizona. Jason is a Leukemia survivor, he was diagnosed in August 2006, and looks forward to the time that he is able to assist other Leukemia patients. He plans on being a participant in the Leukemia Society's First Connection Training program. He also plans to walk in the Light the Night Walk in October, and he has previously participated in the Arthritis Foundation's Creep Walk.
