Abstract:
Medical information interfaces and/or medical reports may include outcome measuring and/or tracking information such as wellness and/or improvement scores for patients who may match one or more criteria. The medical information interfaces and/or medical reports may be used for internal and/or external review and/or auditing of, for example, financial matters, resource utilization, and/or a performance (e.g., improvement scores above a threshold) of treatment providers, treatment facilities, and/or treatments for a diagnosis. The medical reports may be communicated within a closed network (e.g., within a treatment facility) and/or to a third party such as governmental agency, regulatory board, auditors, financial auditors, and/or insurance company. The medical reports and/or information included therein may be compliant with, for example, one or more formatting and/or security policies and/or protocols of, for example, requesters of the medical reports and/or a third party that may receive a medical report.

Medical information, such as diagnosis, treatments provided, age, patient compliance with treatment, wellness scores, and/or improvement scores, for a plurality of patients received from a plurality of sources in a respective plurality of formats may be translated into standardized and associated with patient accounts for the respective plurality of patients and stored in a patient account database. The patient account database may be searchable for information on patients associated with the patient accounts.
