Abstract:

In one aspect, the present invention provides a system for providing therapeutic services to a client. The system comprises at least five different therapeutic services that complement one another. The therapeutic services are selected from a group of therapeutic services consisting of: a unified Medical, physical therapy and Chiropractic Biophysics™ approach, where the historically separate disciplines of science align structural and/or functional medical therapy, with, chiropractic biophysics spine rehabilitation, spinal adjustments, non-steroidal trigger point muscle or joint injections, dry needling, digitized ,measurable postural analysis using Posture Screen software, digital high-frequency full spine and sectional spine imaging, NCV/EMG, medically designed and physician-supervised, drug-free weight loss and body fat composition testing, 2-3 point bending spinal traction to correct scoliosis, loss of neck and low back curve, and reduction of thoracic hyperkyphosis, using a Clinical Biomechanics of Posture approach, scoliosis treatment using ScoliBrace and BraceScan, UTS Universal Tractioning Systems, and regenerative medicine using umbilical cord blood stem cells.

Abstract:

The present invention is generally directed to systems, devices and methods in the area of chiropractic therapy. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a traction therapy system. The system includes: a bench, including an adjustable back rest that is adjustable to every angle from 90 degrees horizontal to 90 degrees vertical, wherein the bench is in contact with a frame, wherein the frame includes one or more mechanisms by which the bench is contacted with the frame and one adjustable angle unilateral traction arm that adjusts from −55 degrees to +55 degrees rotating around the x-axis, and wherein the one adjustable angle unilateral traction arm is connected to a winch mounting arm, and wherein a winch is connected to the winch mounting arm, and wherein the winch is operably connected to a crossbar, and wherein a harness that is capable of fitting underneath a person is connected to the crossbar.

Abstract:

The present invention is generally directed to corrective spinal traction systems and methods. It is further directed to use of such spinal traction systems to treat various medical problems associated with abnormal spinal curvature. In one aspect, the present invention is directed to a spine corrective traction system. The system comprises an overhead system allowing a patient's spine to be pulled in every and any vector the human spine moves in three dimensional space, and in two to three planes simultaneously. It further includes a seat assembly that allows for a patient to be seated upright, supine and every angle and vector between 90 degrees upright and 0 degrees horizontal.
