Jason Pollard, 24, and his son Jameson had vanished Thursday after leaving their home in Hanover near the capital city of Richmond that afternoon, according to a missing persons report the Hanover County sheriffs office posted to its Facebook page.
Sgt. Ron Grammer said that Jason Pollard told the mother of his son, two-year-old Jameson R. Linberry-Pollard, that he was taking the child out for a drive. He never came back with the boy, Grammer said.
