Abstract:

The present invention provides an impact crushing apparatus that includes a housing, a chamber defined within the housing, a rotor assembly for receiving material and throwing the material radially outward, and a drive unit for rotating the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly comprises a plurality of shoes pivotable about a pin, the plurality of shoes having an impact surface configured to transport material received through the internal opening to the outer periphery of the chamber.

Abstract:

The present invention provides an impact crushing apparatus that includes a housing, a chamber defined within the housing, a lid for closing the chamber and having an opening for receiving material, and a rotor assembly for receiving material from the opening in the lid and throwing the material radially outward. A drive unit is operably coupled to the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes a body with a plurality of receptacles and a plurality of tubes removably slideable within the plurality of receptacles, the tubes including a hollow bore configured to transport material from an internal opening of the rotor assembly to an outer periphery of the chamber. The tubes float within the receptacles and are retained by centrifugal force.

Abstract:

An anvil adjustment assembly of a vertical shaft impactor includes an anvil ring configured to be disposed within a housing of the vertical shaft impactor. The anvil ring includes a tab which is coupled to an elongate jack bolt having a first end and a second end. A jack bolt housing partially surrounds the bolt and is coupled to the housing. A first locking collar and a second locking collar are coupled to the jack bolt. The first locking nut is coupled to the jack bolt on one side of the tab, and the second locking nut is coupled to the jack bolt on the opposite side of the tab. The jack bolt moves along a longitudinal axis within the jack bolt housing between a first position and a second position, and the movement of the jack bolt along the longitudinal axis induces longitudinal movement of the anvil ring.

Abstract:

A protective cover for a flat screen television that includes an ornamental appearance. The protective cover includes a rectangular frame having a front portion with a central opening that rests flush against the border of a television, and a side portion that extends rearward from the front portion and covers the sides of the television. The protective cover can be press fitted to a flat panel display or can include one or more fasteners thereon for securement to the front portion of a flat panel display. The side portion includes one or more apertures for receiving decorative objects, and further includes openings for providing access to the controls of the flat panel display. The frame can include any of various colors, patterns, or logos thereon so as to provide a customized appearance suited to the décor of the room in which the television is located.
