Abstract:

Systems, method and computer readable medium are provided for automated storage and retrieval. User authentication information is received via a user interface for a dynamic storage and retrieval device. The user identity is verified based upon the authentication information and previously stored authentication data. Order information is retrieved for an order associated with the user following the verifying of user identity, the order information indicating one or more locations for items associated with the order. Instructions are transmitted to initiate a physical opening of at least one of the dynamic storage and retrieval device and at least one static storage location to enable the user to retrieve at least one item of the order, the static storage location including a controller controlling a locking mechanism and communicatively coupled to the dynamic storage and retrieval device.

Abstract:

A compressed air supply apparatus for heavy vehicles includes a service reservoir, an air dryer in communication with the service reservoir, a purge reservoir in communication with the air dryer, a compressor for delivering compressed air through the air dryer preferentially to the purge reservoir and then to the service reservoir and a controller. The controller interrupts the charge cycle of the compressor in response to a moisture accumulation value being equal to or exceeding a wetness threshold value and the pressure in the service reservoir being within a predetermined pressure range. The controller then initiates a modified purge cycle of the air dryer, which includes iteratively regenerating the air dryer with air from the purge reservoir until at least one of the moisture accumulation value is less than the wetness threshold value and the pressure in the service reservoir is outside the predetermined pressure range.

A system includes one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors to perform: receiving, from a customer device, an online order for a customer, wherein the online order comprises a customer identification for the customer; receiving, from the customer device, a selection of a pick-up time for retrieval at a store; receiving an additional order for the customer; linking the additional order to the online order based on the customer identification; sending instructions to an assembler configured to (1) read identifiers of the online order and the additional order, (2) retrieve the plurality of items and the one or more additional items from a facility, and (3) place the plurality of items and the one or more additional items in a designated location. Abstract:

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided herein for managing pickup order staging. A method comprises triggering a pick task for the pickup order via the task management device, wherein the pick task comprises staging filled totes in a section of a staging area assigned to the due time of the pickup order and densely stacking totes assigned to different orders together to a set height and triggering a breakdown task at the breakdown start time via the task management device, wherein the breakdown task comprises separating totes in the staging area assigned to the due time of the pickup order onto multiple movable platforms based on the order serial numbers on each tote.

A controller apparatus is provided for a compressed air system. The controller apparatus comprises a control output for transmitting a control signal to interrupt a charge cycle of an associated compressor in a loading state. Described in detail herein is an autonomous object storage and retrieval system. In one embodiment, an object storage and retrieval system includes a computing system hosting a service application and in communication with a database and storage towers configured to store and dispense physical objects. Each storage tower is in communication with the computing system and has an octagonal prism-shaped housing. Each storage tower includes, a shelving unit disposed within the housing, the shelving unit configured to one or more of the physical objects, a controller, a transport apparatus, an input device, an interactive display, and a repository. Abstract:

A system includes a database having a plurality of purchasable items. The system also includes an order server programmed to display a website including the purchasable items to a customer via a customer device and allow the customer to select the purchasable items for purchase. The selected items are added to an online order, and a request to complete the order is received from the customer device. A selection of a pick-up time for the customer to retrieve the order at a store is received. The online order and the selected pick-up time are transmitted to an order assembly server. The order assembly server is configured to begin assembling the selected purchasable items for pick-up at the store, receive a selection of an additional purchasable item to add to the selected pick-up time, and assemble the order and the additional purchasable item for pick-up at the selected pickup time.
