Abstract:

Methods, systems, and computer program products for passively routing secure socket layer (SSL) encoded network traffic are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method includes passively receiving a copy of SSL encoded network traffic. Further, the method includes passively parsing the received network traffic and generating an identical copy of the network traffic such that the network traffic is not decrypted and without interfering with the network traffic. A target output network device can be selected for transmission of the identical copy of the network traffic. The identical copy of the network traffic can be transmitted from the selected target output network device.

Abstract:

Methods, systems, and computer program products for passively transforming IP network traffic are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method includes identifying one of an application protocol event and a business-level event in IP network traffic. Data associated with the identified event can be transformed into a usable format. Further, the transformed data can be fed in real-time to a backend system.

Abstract:

A battery management platform including a battery configured to supply a type of power to at least one load device, and a central charging station configured to provide power to charge the battery while the battery is coupled to the central charging station. The central charging station including a locking mechanism configured to: secure the battery to the central charging station when a status of the battery is determined to be checked-in, and disengage to allow the battery to be removed when the status is verified to be check-out. Wherein the locking mechanism includes an override function configured to allow a user to disengage the locking mechanism without an electronic command.

A device charging system including a battery module and a central charging station. The battery module is configured to supply a type of power to at least one load device. The battery module has an identifier. The central charging station is in communication with the battery module. The central charging station includes an electronic processor configured to: receive the identifier from the battery module, determine if the identifier is stored in a memory of the central charging station, charge the battery module when the battery module is coupled to the central charging station when the identifier is stored in the memory, and generate an alert if the identifier is not stored in memory.

Abstract:

An illuminated power receptacle includes a base having at least one set of contacts for receiving a plug. Each set of contacts having at least two openings for receiving a respective prong of a plug. There is a cover mounted on the base with an outlet member corresponding to each set of contacts. Each outlet member includes an outlet face with an opaque material and an outer periphery. Each outlet face includes at least two openings configured to receive and guide a respective prong of the plug into the set of at least two openings of the corresponding set of contacts. Each outlet member also includes an outlet rim made of a translucent material disposed about the outer periphery of the outlet face. There is light source disposed between the base and the cover that transmits light that passes through each outlet rim and is blocked by the opaque material.
