Description:
I have 32 years experience in real estate. My goal at the end of a transaction is that you end up being happy with where you go home at night. During the transaction I help to make it as less stressful and fun as possible. I have worked with high end properties from locations on Lake Minnetonka to mansions on St Paul's Summit Ave. I have helped young buyers find their first home, move up buyers get their dream home and helped families sell their loved one's estates. Most transactions go smoothly, but when they don't that is when experience counts. I have been very active over the years in our local and state associations of REALTORS to help make the home buying and selling process better for clients. I have served on the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTOR's board of directors and sit on the Executive Committee of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS board of directors. Over the years I have worked on various committees from forms to equal opportunity to professional standards.

it back to previous configuration -- but you wonder if $1 million is enough. After the first "new" track race, then-track president Jeff Byrd, who has since died, put his head on my shoulder and only half-kiddingly cried because he saw right away that the repaving had changed the track drastically.

It didn't come Sunday after Busch beat Edwards and Jimmie Johnson off pit road following the final pit stops on Lap 430 of 500. That gave him the lead over all but one of the final 70 laps in the Jeff Byrd 500. The racing at the beginning of each restart was intense, but Busch consistently pulled aw
Auto racing: Roush Fenway Racing continued its strong qualifying runs by sweeping the pole at Bristol Motor Speedway. Carl Edwards turned a lap of 128.014 m.p.h. in a Ford to knock teammate Greg Biffle from the top starting spot for Sunday's Jeff Byrd 500. Biffle's lap of 127.622 m.p.h. was good eno
There is a valid reason why NASCAR's eight-time most popular driver isn't getting overly excited about back-to-back top 10s that have him ranked 10th entering Sunday's Jeff Byrd 500, the third race of the season.

Notebook: Goodyear replacing right-side tires at Bristol
In practice sessions for both series at the .533-mile short track, teams had issues with the tires provided for Saturday's Scotts EZ Seed 300 Nationwide race and Sunday's Jeff Byrd 500 Cup race.
