My name is Jeff Robinson and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate, and their future, by making the transaction of the sale as easy and stress free as possible. I conduct business in several counties of Virginia, to include: King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. I have been working in the real estate industry for about 5 years as an agent and as an investor; I have gained extensive first-hand knowledge in buying, renovating and reselling homes. I currently maintain the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). I transferred into the real estate industry from a background in diesel mechanics. I owned and operated Fredericksburg Truck Center in Fredericksburg, Va., from 1991 to 2006. My shop specialized in the repairs and maintenance of big-rig trucks and trailers, and also operated a heavy-duty wrecker service. While operating a business and maintaining a staff of up to thirty employees, I learned the value of loyalty, integrity, commitment, patience and, most important, customer service. One thing that the business world has taught me is that behind every transaction, regardless of how big or small, there is one common denominator that makes it work: real people. My philosophy is that whether it is an employee, a co-worker, a business associate, or a customer—people deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
