Abstract:

A computer implemented system is provided in order to manage the exchange of information through two databases. The system is particularly useful for an employment recruitment environment or other environments which require an exchange between individuals in two or more categories such as job applicants and employers. According to the preferred configuration, the system manages a database of job postings. Each posting is stored in a job record, and the system is capable of searching on a plurality of keys in the job record to identify a job record suitable to a particular applicant. The system then facilitates creation of a resume record and designation of the resume record for an accessible resume base or a selected job record. Finally, the system permits query of a resume base in order to identify recruitment candidates for job positions.

Abstract:

A cutter assembly for use in a composite placement machine has a holder having a mounting surface for mounting a cutting insert. A first foot and a second foot is formed on the mounting surface, and a first leg extends between the first and second feet. A first step and a second step is formed on the cutting insert and a first rise extends between the first and second steps. When the cutting insert is mounted in the holder the two feet contact the two steps and the first leg is in contact with the first rise to form a surface area of contact between the mounting surface and the cutting insert that is greater than the surface area of contact between the two feet and the two steps.

A coating composition including a rheology modifier is described. The rheology modifier is a water-soluble polyurethane made by the condensation of a poly(alkylene glycol), a polyisocyanate and a compound including a polyalkoxylated chain and a hydrophobic end group. The composition demonstrates Leneta sag resistance of greater than about 14 and a Leneta flow and leveling of at least about 9, and a Stormer viscosity of less than about 120 Krebs units.
