A fluid injection arrangement, in the context of patient imaging systems, in which phases of contrast medium injection and flushing medium injection can be freely and selectably ordered so as to make available to the operator and patient a vast array of possible protocols that has hitherto been essentially unattainable. Also contemplated is the use of a âholdâ phase, involving an indefinite pause between phases of a protocol, in connection with such imaging systems. Further contemplated is the use of a âpauseâ phase in which a pause of fixed duration is pre-programmed into the protocols of MRI injector systems.

Abstract:
A fluid injection arrangement, particularly involving a systematic fluid injection programming capability, in the context of patient imaging systems, in which phases of contrast medium infection and flushing medium injection can be freely and selectably ordered so as to make available to the operator and patient a vast array of possible protocols than has hitherto been essentially unattainable. Also contemplated is the use of a âholdâ phase, involving an indefinite pause between phases of a protocol, in connection with such imaging systems. A fluid injection arrangement in the context of patient imaging systems, in which phases of contrast medium injection and flushing medium injection can be freely and selectably ordered as to make available to the operator and patient a vast array of possible protocols that has hitherto been essentially unattainable. The arrangement provides a programmable KVO phase and the ability to program a first phase of injection procedure as a flushing medium phase.

Abstract:
A syringe interface for attaching syringes to a drive mechanism which includes a drive member to impart motion to a syringe plunger includes a plurality of syringe mount apertures having different dimensions to attach each of a plurality of syringes to the syringe interface. Each of the syringes for attachment to the syringe interface includes at least one mounting flange, and each of the plurality of syringes has a different mounting flange dimension. Each of the plurality of syringe mount apertures is in general alignment with an axis of the drive member. A syringe drive mechanism includes a syringe interface as described above. The syringe drive mechanism can further include a sensing system to sense which size of the plurality of syringes is mounted on the syringe interface. The syringe drive mechanism can also include a processor and a memory which are in operative communication with the drive member. The memory includes a control program stored therein.

Abstract:
A lock status notification method, apparatus and corresponding medication storage device (e. g. , mobile medication dispensing cart, medication cabinet, nurse server, etc. ) are provided. In order to generate the notification, a computing device operating on the medication storage device may monitor the status of a manual lock associated with one or more drawers of the medication storage device (e. g. , through the use of a sensor associated with the lock). A notification may be generated if it is determined that the medication storage device is unlocked at a certain point in time (e. g. , when a user is attempting to log off of an application executing on the computing device). At least one of the drawers of the medication storage device may include a next case medication pocket having an automatic lock and in which medications prepared for the next case or procedure in which the user is participating can be securely stored.

Abstract:
A fluid injection system includes an injector comprising a drive mechanism and an illumination device, a fluid container operably associated with the drive mechanism, and a control device operably associated with the drive mechanism. The control device comprises a computer screen having at least one element affiliated with the illumination device. The illumination device and the at least one element emit light of the same color. Further, a method of operating an injector system providing visual stimuli corresponding to a programmed injection protocol includes perceiving visual stimuli provided by an injector or a control device of the injector system, recognizing a pattern provided by the visual stimuli, correlating the recognized pattern to the programmed injection protocol, determining whether the programmed injection protocol is a desired injection protocol, and initiating the programmed injection protocol, if it is determined that the programmed injection protocol is the desired injection protocol.

As part of a far-reaching campaign finance investigation, Atkinson negotiated the plea agreement with former D.C. contractor Jeffrey Thompson. He alleged in 2014 that then-Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D) knew about Thompsons unreported, illegal shadow campaign on Grays behalf. Gray, now a D.C. Council
Jeffrey Thompson, solicitor general in the Iowa Attorney Generals office, said, however, that a 1973 federal ruling that legalized abortion also found that states have a legitimate, important interest in ensuring health and medical standards. It was that interest that led to a 2013 state rule that

DC Mayor Vincent Gray reportedly rejected plea deal in federal campaign ...
Six people have pleaded guilty to federal crimes related to Gray's campaign since 2012. Most of the allegations surround Gray's knowledge of a $653,000 "shadow campaign" on his behalf funded by local businessman Jeffrey Thompson and run by two other close associates of the mayor. Prosecutors now allege that Washington businessman Jeffrey Thompson, nicknamed Uncle Earl by Gray, funneled over half a million dollars to Gray during his 2010 campaign as well as cash to both a close friend and a relative of Gray. In a plea deal before the election, Thompson pled guilty on two co
For Gray, no moment knocked the wheels off his campaign more than what many campaign insiders began calling "Machen Monday" -- the day that U.S. Attorney Ron Machen went to court and linked Gray to a 2010 shadow campaign run by businessman Jeffrey Thompson.

Washington's Gray Defeated in Primary Amid Probe of '10 Campaign
On March 10, businessman Jeffrey Thompson pleaded guilty toelection law violations, including running a shadow campaignon behalf of Gray. Prosecutors and Thompson say Gray was awareof the scheme. The mayor denies that he knew about it and sayshe did nothing wrong.
Last month, businessman Jeffrey Thompson pleaded guilty to illegally donating more than $660,000 to Mr. Grays 2010 campaign, and he said the mayor knew about the money. Mr. Gray has denied wrongdoing.
Attorney Ronald Machen has said only that those already charged represent "the tip of the iceberg." The man who admitted funding what prosecutors called Gray's "shadow campaign" was Jeffrey Thompson, an influential businessman. He owned a firm that held the largest contract in city government, wort
