When her father, Judge Andrew Jackson Palmer II, graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School in 1952, he moved to Paducah to practice law. He held office in McCracken County from 1965 to 1974. Jennifer learned to ride horses. Jennifer competes in horse shows in Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, and Alabama. Jennifer has been blessed with two beautiful children, David and Katherine. David is a Design Engineer for CISCO and one of the world's 154 individuals with his certification. Katherine is very successful in her career in Sales at COLOR MATCH in Henderson, KY. Jennifer is married to a Wonderful Special Man, he has Enriched her life Greatly. Jack D. Bell, retired from Continental General Tire of 33 years in Mayfield, Ky. He was one of the last 5 men standing before it closed in 2007. He now works for Greer Neon Sign Company in Mayfield, Ky. Jennifer, also, gives back to Paducah and Western, Ky by being a member of the Paducah Lions Club to which her dad belonged. This allows her the opportunity to help the Telethon of Stars raise money for disabled children and adults in Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, and Tennessee.
