Abstract:

Standardized support for management of contextual relationships, which includes specification of the context hierarchy, association of relationships with a particular context, and derivation of transitive dependencies, is provided with a Context Manager service. The Context Manager provides a programmatic interface for defining contexts and the relationships therein. The Context Manager saves the relationship facts in one or more context stores, which are organized by contexts. The Context Manager interfaces with the Ontology Manager that processes queries on relationships with respect to a given set of contexts. The Context Manager provides a high-level abstraction for relationship management in a context. Developers of business solutions can then focus on the core business logic, without worrying about the details of storing and inferencing relationships.

An embodiment includes one or more call systems and a computer processor communicatively coupled with the one or more call systems. The computer processor is configured to receive a communication from a first call system of the one or more call systems. The computer processor is further configured to retrieve recipient data from a second call system of the one or more call systems. The recipient data includes one or more receiver conditions. The computer is additionally configured to determine if the one or more receiver conditions have been met, and if they have been met, the computer processor forwards the communication to the second call system.

Abstract:

A Web browser is augmented with collaborative features to support community aware browsing sessions. The augmentation provided includes a data mining plug-in for the browser to establish collaborative context based on Uniform Resource Locator (URL) meta data keywords, or mined topics, and a collaboration co-browser (explorer bar) which displays a collaboration space, called CollabSpace, corresponding to the document that is displayed in the main browser. With this augmented browser, a user can perform various collaboration functions from the collaboration explorer bar, including viewing the online status of members of the CollabSpace, communicate with members of the CollabSpace via electronic mail (e-mail), instant messaging or discussion threads, and register as a member of the CollabSpace. CollabSpaces can be established and associated with one or more Web documents, meta data keywords or topics.

A method for providing contextual support for a publish-subscribe system includes the steps of receiving a user-defined objective of subscription relating to a topic provided from a subscriber to the publish-subscribe system, and determining one or more topics related to the subscriber provided objective of subscription. The method also includes the steps of filtering through a plurality of feeds related to the subscriber provided objective of subscription fed to the publish-subscribe system from one or more feed sources to provide a filtered list of feeds, aggregating through the filtered list of feeds to provide an aggregated list of feeds, and inferencing through the aggregated list of feeds to determine one or more of the plurality feeds that are relevant to the subscriber provided objective of subscription.

Abstract:

A method, system and computer program product for prerequisite-driven meeting scheduling are provided. The method includes defining prerequisites to be met prior to confirming scheduling of a meeting, and defining a threshold to confirm scheduling of the meeting based on prerequisites completed. The method also includes tracking the prerequisites completed prior to the meeting, the tracking performed by tracking logic of a scheduling tool executing on a host system. The method further includes confirming that the meeting will be held as scheduled in response to determining that the prerequisites completed meet the threshold. The method additionally includes rescheduling the meeting in response to determining that the prerequisites completed are below the threshold, the rescheduling performed by the scheduling tool executing on the host system.

Abstract:

The invention relates to systems and methods for providing modular and configurable smart contracts for blockchain applications. The smart contracts may be utilized to retain all transaction attribute values in a world state database of the blockchain-implemented ledger.
