About:

An Oregon native, Jennye Helzer, possesses a diverse background enabling her to excel as a real estate broker. After graduating with a BS in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Portland, Jennye went on to work for local builders to help design new construction spec and custom homes. After joining Lee Davies Real Estate, those qualities were tested as Jennye designed the downtown office in the historic Sovereign Hotel building. Jennye finds inspiration all around her, through service, enjoying the great NW, and studying architecture and design. She has a clientcentric mentality which makes her a top broker. Her background in design sets her apart, as she can see a house for its true potential, and understanding of construction gives her an edge when understanding inspections and remodels. These attributes are of great value to buyers and sellers she works with, as it helps clients picture themselves in their new home or making their home more marketable. In 2012, Jennye was involved in over 30 Million Dollars of real estate transactions working with both buyers and sellers. Jennye has had the honor of working with clients all over the metro area from North Portland, Forest Heights, Lake Oswego, and West Linn. She specializes in working with sellers on preparation of their home, relocation buyers, and working with Veterans. Jennye prides herself on serving her community, supporting the Military, and spending time in the great outdoors of Portland. Her husband is a Major in the Oregon Army National Guard and has served his country for 14 years, completing a tour in Iraq and being called up to help with Emergency Disaster Relief. Jennye strives to provide top shelf service for all her clients whether it has to do with researching the best possible options, educating her clients, finding the perfect home, providing design expertise, or helping our Veterans find the best programs to meet their needs.
