Jerry is a native Greenvillian and has lived in Greenville most of his life, with the exception of time spent in North Carolina with Duke Energy. With experience in quality customer service, project management and negotiation, Jerry exceeds expectations in the home buying or selling process. He is unusually proficient at understanding and identifying properties that meet his buyer’s unique needs. Jerry also helps sellers properly position their property for the real estate market. His philosophy of real estate is to develop informed buyers and sellers and to cultivate lasting relationships. Jerry and his wife, Jane, have restored five historic homes in South Carolina including a home in the Hampton-Pinckney area, where Jerry served as President of the Hampton-Pinckney Homeowners Association. He has also served as a member of the Greenville Historic Architectural Review Board. Enjoying the beautiful architecture of homes in Greenville and surrounding counties has lead Jerry to invest, research and renovate homes for resell. Because of his keen interest in this market, he has the ability to guide a buyer through the first steps of defining their needs to the last details of closing. An active member of the community, Jerry serves as a hospice, Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity volunteer. He enjoys giving a portion of each of his real estate transactions to the Greenville County Cancer Society and The Pickens County Meals on Wheels.
