Each person has been given specific gifts and qualities to use in life. Jesse has a unique gift to understand numbers, which are one of the most important aspects of any business. Even more importantly, he has been blessed with the gift of love, which brings out character qualities such as patience, kindness, gentleness, honesty, humility, trustworthiness, hopefulness, and perseverance. Because of these gifts, Jesse has chosen to get involved with real estate, where he can maximize his potential through people and one of the most important business transactions they will make in their lifetime. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2004 with a degree in Mathematics, Jesse immediately got involved with the real estate industry. He spent the first couple years in his career originating mortgage loans and helping first time home buyers find a starter house to purchase. Jesse quickly became the person in the office to train his associates on how to maintain their files, do their business more efficiently, and remember that the most important part of any deal was the client. Jesse has invested in several pieces of real estate from a house in a small town of Arizona that he helped turn into church, to flipping ocean view property in Del Mar, California. Whether it is his client’s desire to find that perfect home to grow old in, or sell their current home and move into another, or explore unique investment strategies, it is Jesse’s goal to help his clients reach their dreams in real estate and hopefully make a lifelong friendship in the process!
