Abstract:
A method of establishing personalized limits on a search responsive to a key word query in an enterprise search system is described that includes receiving an object types access history for a particular user. Applying this method, the object types access history includes records of object types selected from search results returning multiple object types and records of object types selected via interfaces other than search results. The method continues with determining and storing in computer readable memory a personalized scope of object types. The personalized scope of object types sets a limit on object types initially returned by an enterprise search system for the particular user in response to key word queries by the particular user that do not specify object types to search.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for capturing incoming communications from a sender across multiple channels, and determining whether to include those communications from the sender in an inbox using a waiting room. The waiting room lists unknown senders, and allows a user to add the senders to a blocklist, where the sender's communications are omitted from the user's inbox, or to a passlist, where a new CRM customer record is created for the sender. With the CRM customer record created, future communications from the sender are matched to the CRM customer record and permitted for inclusion in an inbox. This way, recipients can prioritize customers (or other high-value communications) within their inbox based on a corresponding existing CRM customer record, while simplifying the capture of those CRM customer records.

Described herein are means for implementing cross cloud engagement activity visualization without requiring database merge or data replication. For instance, an exemplary system includes: means for operating a database system communicably interfaced with the system of the host organization; means for operating a virtual entity bridge communicably interfacing the system with a remote cloud platform storing engagement activity data representing interactions of potential customers with a marketing campaign; means for generating a unified GUI to display a plurality of the CRM records at a user computing device; means for surfacing a plurality of related rows from the stored engagement activity data related to one of the plurality of CRM records by automatically querying the remote cloud platform via the virtual entity bridge for the plurality of related rows; means for populating the unified GUI with the surfaced plurality of rows; and means for transmitting the unified GUI to the user computing device for display.

Abstract:
A system may identify gap events in a change detection stream. When changes in data are transmitted to a downstream system, the system may identify intermittent portions of the transmission where data is missing (e.g., a gap event). In some examples, a gap event may be caused by system maintenance or one or more system errors. After identifying the gap event, the system may bridge the gap event using metadata associated with the gap event. The associated metadata may be transmitted (e.g., via a gap event identification message) to the downstream system, which may prevent the downstream system from experiencing computational inefficiencies due to the gap event.

Abstract:
A method and apparatus to configure a plurality of network elements is described. In an exemplary embodiment, an automation controller receives a plurality of labels for the plurality of network elements. Each of the plurality of labels is associated with a different configlet and each of the different configlets includes a configuration command. The automation controller further assembles the plurality of configlets into separate configurations corresponding to each of the plurality of network elements. In addition, the automation controller configures each of the plurality of network elements using the separate configuration corresponding to that network element.
A method including receiving, from a mobile device, a payment method and a payment amount. The method also can include validating the payment amount. The method additionally can include generating a gift card for the payment amount. The gift card can include a gift card identifier. The method further can include sending the gift card identifier to the mobile device. The method additionally can include facilitating displaying the gift card identifier on the mobile device. The gift card can be devoid of being generated as part of a gift-card purchase transaction. Other embodiments are provided.

Abstract:
Isolated, antigenic polypeptides including a pre-hairpin intermediate conformation of gp41 and vectors encoding such polypeptides are provided. Antibodies that bind to a pre-hairpin intermediate conformation of gp41 and methods of making antibodies a that bind to pre-hairpin intermediate conformation of gp41 are also provided. Vaccines against a pre-hairpin Fd intermediate conformation of gp41, as well as methods of treating subjects infected with HIV, preventing HIV infection, and inhibiting HIV-mediated activities are also provided. Methods of screening compounds that bind to an isolated, pre-hairpin intermediate conformation of gp41 are further provided.
