Abstract:

A system includes a data store and a server in communication with the data store. The server includes formatting modules having a plurality of formatters, validation modules having a plurality of validators, and a streaming module. The server is configured to receive messages containing financial transaction data from one or more electronic communication networks or one or more client devices. The formatters are configured for each of the electronic communication networks or client devices and convert the messages into an internal format of the streaming system. The validation modules are configured to perform a validation check on the one or more formatted messages.

Abstract:

The present invention relates to moldable sand compositions, methods for making the moldable sand compositions, and methods for using the moldable sand compositions. In a particular embodiment, the moldable sand composition comprises between about 70% to about 95% sand, between about 5% to about 30% water, a polar polymeric resin, a crosslinking agent, and a humectant. In an exemplary embodiment, the composition contains no oils, waxes, glycols, or rubbers. The composition is capable of becoming hardened over time in order to maintain the achieved shape, and can be re-wetted and molded again after becoming hardened.

Abstract:

Methods include determining an amount of an epimeric vitamin D analyte in a sample suspected of containing the epimeric vitamin D analyte. A combination is provided in an assay medium that includes the sample and a vitamin D epimer antibody that is specific for the epimeric vitamin D analyte. The assay medium is incubated under conditions for binding of the vitamin D epimer antibody to the epimeric vitamin D analyte to form an epimeric vitamin D antibody-bound complex. The amount of the epimeric vitamin D antibody-bound complex is determined and related to the amount of epimeric vitamin D analyte in the sample.

Abstract:

Methods of enhancing signal ratio between calibrators in an assay for an analyte include conducting an assay for the analyte with zero concentration of analyte in a first calibrator to determine a first signal level. The reagents employed in the assay comprise an antibody reagent comprising an antibody for the analyte wherein a hinge region of the antibody is conjugated to a moiety. The assay for the analyte is also conducted with a second concentration of analyte in a second calibrator to determine a second signal level wherein the second analyte concentration is greater than zero and wherein the reagents employed in the assay comprise the antibody reagent. A ratio of the first signal level to the second signal level is determined and evaluated.
