Educated at Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree in Psychology, Jill decided to follow her passion and put her keen skills to work for her clients in pursuing their dreams of home ownership or real estate investments! Dedicated to providing her clients with the best representation, Jill has sought to educate herself with several advanced designations in the field of real estate. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), educated as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. She is also educated as A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. And she is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and holds the e-PRO designation for her skill as an Internet professional. Jill is a Certified BPO/REO Specialist (CBRS) and holds a (SFR) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. Jill has completed many Closed REO/Short Sale transactions and has the education and resources to get the job done! In 2010 Jill McGovern was elected by Realtors in The Orange County Association of Realtors as a Director on the Board. Jill is an avid horse enthusiasts and recently acquired “Jack" a Registered Arabian/Paint that is an upcoming Endurance Trail Horse and Angel a Registered Arabian Mare racehorse and a new Foal on the way! Jill is also a surfer and has taught surfing through the county programs and has been active in working to establish a Christmas Charity for needy kids!
