Jill has been a business owner in Spokane with her husband, Jim, for 28 years. They are house builders and subcontract in the painting field. Jill obtained her real estate license to expand their business and joined the John L. Scott SE office with Pam Fredrick in Liberty Lake when it opened in July of 2005. She has been able use her construction background, and her business operation and customer service experience in this new field. She has been successful in guiding new clients through the building process. Jill’s reputation of honesty and hard work has opened many doors for her with former construction clients and friends. She has been mentored by one of Spokane’s top Ten Producers, Pam Fredrick, and has gleaned from quality guidance, high standards and honest practice in Real Estate to add to previous experience in business. Her dedication to her family and community runs deep as she has dedicated herself to organizing and directing several service projects that have helped local, regional and world-wide causes. She is currently involved in the First Time Home Buyers and the Buyer’s Seminar programs by promoting government programs and teaching classes to instruct buyers on how to have a great and safe experience in buying a home. She is able to use her skills in servicing her clients in finding just the right home and helping them through the purchasing and closing process. A mother of 4 boys and enjoying 3 grandchildren while building and selling 7 homes has given her a good grasp on what people are going through in the real estate process as a family.
