Joan was born and raised in New York. For many years she lived in Huntington Long Island. Joan studied Business at Fordham University in Manhattan. After college Joan was the President of Timeline Temporaries for 12 years. The company’s offices were in the downtown Manhattan Wall Street area, at One Liberty Plaza, opposite the Twin Towers. Next Joan became Assistant Director of the Temporary Employment Division at Dunhill Personnel Systems in Westbury Long Island, New York where she sold temporary and permanent franchises for employment agencies. This job required a lot of traveling all over the United States and Hawaii.
Joan began her Real Estate Career in 1978 and moved to Scottsdale in 1993, where she still lives, and loves it. Joan loves what she does and never gets tired or bored looking at the great variety of beautiful homes that Arizona has to offer. Joan has a small white Mixed Breed dog named Cindy and is the Apple of her eye and is very spoiled. When she isn’t working Joan enjoys the Opera and collecting antique Porcelain.
Joan has been in this industry for 28 years and is an Associate Broker. Joan is a MSCC, Master Short Sale Consultant, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), E-Pro and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS). She is also a member of Realty Executives Buyers Center (which handles Foreclosure properties).
Joan has experience in short sales, foreclosures, REO Properties, luxury homes, first time home buyers, retirement 55 + communities and gated condos and townhouse complexes.
Joan lists and sells properties in Central and North Scottsdale, as well as Phoenix, Desert Ridge and Peoria. She has excellent knowledge of these areas and many years of industry experience and hopes to have the pleasure of assisting you with your next Real Estate transaction.
