As a real estate broker at Prudential, my diverse background enables me to assist my clients in making educated decisions about the Steamboat property market.Condominiums and investment properties are my specialty and I have been actively investing and working in real estate since 2001. I bring a comprehensive knowledge of property ownership though my experience in property development/management, finance, interior design and construction. My career in Real Estate has given me the opportunity to combine my love for real estate and passion for Steamboat. Through my experiences with personal property investments, I can educate you on what to expect as a vacation homeowner in the mountains. Previously, I was an integral part of one of the most successful developments in Steamboat, Trappeur's Crossing Resort. My responsibilities included Sales/Marketing, Owner Relations, and Quality Control for over 100 luxury condos. In addition, I was the project's interior designer and was responsible for the finishes within each unit and the common areas. I also own and manage a property management company, Simply Steamboat, and am an active member on many charitable committees within the community. Prior to moving to Steamboat Springs from New York City in 2001, I worked at the world's largest public relations company, Burson-Marsteller, and held my series 7 license while working on Wall Street. When I'm not busy at work, you can find me mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and cross country skiing.
