About:
I have a passion for real estate, ever since I bought my first condo as a young man in Los Angeles. I always knew real estate is a good thing, but nothing compares to actually playing monopoly in real life. I experienced the bubble market from 2002 to 2006 and invested in properties and made great profit, and then in the down market from 2007 to 2012 I helped many distressed sellers get through the tough times with short sales, and helped many buyers get great deals with short sales and foreclosures. As a Realtor, I pay close attention to every aspect of the deal. Whether I am working with a buyer or a seller, I make sure every detail is covered. I have a great system for home selling, including a full marketing package online and offline, effective pricing, negotiating, and working proficiently with all different parties involved in a transaction. You will never get lost in the shuffle. As a buyer’s agent, I also use a great system to ensure high quality service. I work diligently to help you find the suitable home and help negotiate on the price and terms to protect your interests. Whether you are a first-time buyer, move up/down buyer, relocation buyer, investor, luxury home buyer, or a seller, we got you covered! Throughout the different cycles of the market, my real estate experience in Southern California spans all perspectives from buyer, seller, property manager, property renovator, and licensed realtor. Over the years, I have personally owned more than 75 rental units in Southern California and out-of-state and currently supervises the management of over 12 rental units. I have participated in new development homes, syndication deals with investment partners, but the most audacious deal was probably a 3% down flip deal on a 50-unit apartment in Texas, where my partner and I were able to create 200%+ return over just a year and a half, without any help of price appreciation. I see my own investment experience as an edge and many of my investor clients love working with me, as I can see things in their eyes and advise them on things that ordinary buyers don’t even think about. Prior to my entrepreneurial pursuits, I was in the field of advanced electrical engineering research and development and I had my bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. degrees from UCLA, all in electrical engineering. Some have called me a bit of an over achiever, but I like to think that my interests are diverse and I like to challenge myself on new things.
