Abstract:

A host receives one or more listings of property or goods or services. A plurality of rewards and criteria for providing such reward to users who enter into transactions corresponding to the listings are received. A claim from the user that he has entered into a transaction corresponding to one of those listings is received. The claim is validated. In response to the validation, provision of a reward to the user in accordance with the criteria is facilitated.

A host identifies a user at a client computer and transmits listings of property or goods or services to the client computer for display to the user. The host logs the transmitted listings and the dates of the transmissions. A claim from the user that he has entered into a transaction corresponding to one of those listings is received. The claim is validated if the user entered into the transaction after the corresponding listing was transmitted for display to the user. In response to the validation, provision of a reward to the user is facilitated.

A method and a system implementing a service level agreement based storage access system. A service level agreement based storage access system presents a single interface for data storage consumers and translates generic data operation requests to data operation request specific to a storage server. The SLA based storage access system also monitors storage server performance and may throttle processes to ensure service level agreements are not violated.
