John Lipscomb, the Riverkeeper patrol boat captain and the vice president for advocacy,said the crude oil trains that have been rolling alongthe west shore of the Hudson River through Haverstraw since about 2012 are a major concern.
Riverkeeper boat captain John Lipscomb, who has been sampling Hudson River water since 2006, said his organization's samples would not be available until late today, but he estimated that the contamination likely would not cross over to Rockland.
