Abstract:

A chemical delivery and on-site blending system for producing multiple products is provided. Generally, chemical subcomponents are fed to a chemical blending system for making a multitude of products at the facility where the products are to be used. Also, a water line is connected to the system for blending with the subcomponents and for rinsing the system equipment. A microprocessor controls a series of inlet valves, a feed pump, and a mixer for formulating the products in a mixing tank. A flow meter monitored by the microprocessor measures the amounts of ingredients entering the tank. Once formulated, a product is discharged from the tank by a discharge pump also controlled by the microprocessor. Included with the system is a timed rinse cycle which rinses the tank after the product has been discharged. In one application, the chemical delivery and on-site blending system can be used to form a selected plurality of chemical cleaning products for use in cleaning and treating devices and machinery used in the manufacture of paper products.

Abstract:

A bow dock for use in a two-step docking method to allow the repair or recement of a sonar-dome rubber window on a variety of classes of full draft vessels in harbors and other water of limited depth. The bow dock is provided with docking pedestals and alignment fenders which mate with docking brackets and fenders on the vessel to be docked. Each docking pedestal is provided with an electronic load cell to monitor the pedestal load during docking. The stern gate is fitted with an auxiliary gate and inserts designed to mate with the hull configuration of each vessel class. The stern gate is also provided with a slotted pivot hinge to facilitate sealing of the stern gate to the dock by hydrostatic pressure.

Systems () and methods () for operating a physical security surveillance system. The methods involve: detecting the constant unencrypted radio transmissions of mobile phones in order to capture in a cloud-based archive the identities, geographical trails, speeds and motions of most people nearby deployed units. Once recorded by a locally deployed sensor (), the aggregated data () from the recorded mobile phones () is pooled in a globally inclusive database, synthesized, processed and filtered. On a paid-subscription basis, the data is accessible in a searchable archive that includes dozens of search parameters and filters. Users may visualize geographical trails of mobile phones on a multi-featured map, a geographically corresponding input of Google Street View, or a geographically corresponding input of video surveillance. Users may receive text message alerts when designated blacklisted individuals trespass in designated surveillance zones.
