I have set up many different software and hardware installations and configurations, including Citrix software-based systems, Safend Protector, Fujitsu desktop scanners, ELO touch screens, Keystroke POS systems, Great Plains accounting software, RightFax, Honeywell barcode scanners, Language Access Network - Martti translation systems, Smart Technologies "Smart Board" systems and many more. I am skilled in installing and configuring many hospital-related software configurations, including Epic Hyperspace, Mosaiq, Advantx, HPF/QCI Workstation, PyxisConnect, iSirona, AllScripts, Nuance Dragon Medical 360 - Network Edition, PACS, and many more. I also have experience in many security-related software configurations, including IdentiPass/Premisys-based systems from IdentiCard and Absolute Computrace asset management systems. I am skilled in many telecom-related areas, including setting up and configuring Avaya, Nortel, Shoretel and Polycom IP phones, including wireless Spectralink phones.
