I am proficient in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting many software and hardware-based configurations and installations, including Windows XP and Windows 7-based systems. I have a vast knowledge of how to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, I have configured OSD and MDT-based system imaging, PXE-based imaging, Norton Ghost and FOG-based imaging, Bitlocker encryption, Active Directory and Group Policy configurations, print server configurations and more with Windows 9x, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 operating systems. I am also fluid in Mac OS X, Linux and UNIX-based systems, including installing, managing, maintaining and troubleshooting. I am versed in setting up, configuring and maintaining HP LaserJet/JetDirect, Xerox Phaser/ColorQube/WorkCentre, Brother, Ricoh, Zebra, Dymo and Intermec printers. I have set up many different software and hardware installations and configurations, including Citrix software-based systems, Safend Protector, Fujitsu desktop scanners, ELO touch screens, Keystroke POS systems, Great Plains accounting software, RightFax, Honeywell barcode scanners, Language Access Network - Martti translation systems, Smart Technologies "Smart Board" systems and many more. I am skilled in installing and configuring many hospital-related software configurations, including Epic Hyperspace, Mosaiq, Advantx, HPF/QCI Workstation, PyxisConnect, iSirona, AllScripts, Nuance Dragon Medical 360 - Network Edition, PACS, and many more. I also have experience in many security-related software configurations, including IdentiPass/Premisys-based systems from IdentiCard and Absolute Computrace asset management systems.
