Abstract:
Wine within an opened bottle is preserved by introducing an inert gas through a seal which seals the previously opened bottle. An adapter seals the bottle and the inert gas is injected into the bottle through the seal from a removable gas supply. The gas supply attaches to the adapter in an airtight manner while the adapter seals the wine bottle in an airtight manner. The gas supply can be removed from the adapter and used with other adapters to preserve other bottles of wine while each adapter seals the inert gas within a respective bottle of wine until consumption of the wine in a particular bottle is to resume.
Culture Of Microorganisms Endogenous To Plants And Products Thereof
The culture of microorganisms endogenous to plants is a process for increasing the number of such microorganisms and collecting the enriched culture media for nutritional, pharmaceutical and cosmetic use. The process includes the steps of: (a) separating plant components (e.g., leaves, fruit, etc.) into smaller parts; (b) immersing the smaller plant parts in a culture medium of an aqueous solution of sodium chloride and sucrose; (c) permitting the immersed parts to stand in the culture medium for between about 7-14 days; (d) removing the smaller plant parts from the culture medium; (e) dividing the culture medium into two portions; (f) diluting each of the portions 1:2 with water; (g) permitting the diluted portions to stand between about 7-14 days to ferment; (h) filtering the diluted portions; and (i) collecting the supernatant. Steps (e) through (g) may be repeated as often as desired. The process may also include maintaining the concentration of sucrose.

Abstract:
Example systems and methods improve a location detection process. A system accesses image data and image metadata, whereby the image data captures images of a plurality of objects from different views, each image having corresponding image metadata. The system then detects each object in the plurality of objects in the image data. A plurality of rays in three-dimensional space is generated, whereby each ray of the plurality of rays is generated based on the detected objects and the corresponding image metadata. The system predicts object locations using the generated rays based on a probabilistic triangulation of the rays. The networked system updates map data using the predicted object locations. The updating includes adding objects at their predicted object locations to the map data. The map data is used to generate a map.

Abstract:
Systems and methods for sorting, grouping, routing and delivering packages or products to end user customers comprises network-based routing and trip assignment. The packages or products are labeled with a using a plurality visual identifiers that are easily distinguished without requiring either the fulfillment staff or the delivery personnel to review the label for customer names or addresses.

In one embodiment, a method includes a computer server machine receiving a request from a first user to interact with a multimedia content. The computer server machine then associates the first user with a control group, wherein the control group comprises a first set of users interacting with the multimedia content. When the first user is associated with the control group, the computer server machine then applies a first content insertion model to the multimedia content and records a first set of metrics based on the interaction of the first user with the multimedia content.

Abstract:
An online system acts as a centralized, trusted intermediary in managing subscription products that a user of the online system has subscribed to. For example, a user may subscribe to receive a product from a variety of different third party systems. The user of the online system provides payment information and authorization information to the online system which stores them in association with a user profile belonging to the user of the online system. When a payment is required for a subscription product, the online system retrieves the payment information and verifies that the online system is authorized to provide a payment. Once verified, the online system provides a payment on behalf of the user to the third party system in exchange for provision of the subscription product to the user.

Abstract:
Systems, methods, and devices are directed towards identifying a web browser by targeting a document parser component in a layout engine of a web browser. Malformed HTML may be provided to a client device having the web browser. Based on how the layout engine responds to the received malformed HTML, a fingerprint can be generated classifying/identifying a class, type, and other features of the web browser/layout engine. Other fingerprinting techniques may be combined with this malformed HTML approach to improve an accuracy of web browser identification, or to be used to detect/counter user-agent spoofing. Identification of the web browser/layout engine may then be used, among other things, to provide web content that is formatted to be useable by the receiving client device.
Compositions And Methods For Reducing Ctl Exhaustion
The compositions and methods described herein are useful for diminishing CTL exhaustion in a subject in need thereof, during an immune response to a viral infection or during an immune response to cancer, thereby leading to a greater CTL response against the viral infection or cancer. The invention relates to compositions and methods for the therapeutic intervention of signaling through EP2 and EP4, by inhibiting at least one of EP2, EP4, PGE2, or combinations thereof. The invention also relates to compositions and methods for the therapeutic intervention of signaling through EP2 and EP4, in combination with the therapeutic intervention of signaling through PD-1, by inhibiting at least one of EP2, EP4, PGE2, or combinations thereof, in combination with inhibiting at least one of PD-1, PD-L1, PD-L2, and combinations thereof.
