Abstract:

The system includes a plurality of parallel vertically disposed end support structures. Each support structure comprises two vertically disposed support legs. The upper and lower ends of the support legs are connected respectively to each other by upper and lower connecting members that can be extended or collapsed. When the connecting members are both extended the support structure forms a frame support structure and when collapsed, the support legs are in close proximity and parallel to each other, suitable for storage and/or transport. Channel members are removably mounted to the upper and lower ends of the support legs to connect the end support structures to each other when the connecting members of the support legs are extended. A sign panel is mounted between the upper and lower channel members. Optionally, the sign support system has vertically disposed parallel end support members removably mounted to the upper ends of the vertically disposed support legs.

Abstract:

The present invention provides systems and methods for provisioning a vehicle interface module comprising receiving a VIM from a VIM manufacturer and entering appropriate VIM data into a dealer inventory, activating a SIM card for the VIM and installing the VIM in a predetermined vehicle, selecting a wireless activated VIM from the dealer inventory and connecting the VIM to an OBD-II port of the vehicle, connecting a configuration PC to the VIM and downloading a modem configuration, selecting and downloading a vehicle-specific configuration file, accessing a telematics services provider's web portal, entering appropriate vehicle data, and associating the vehicle with the VIM, installing the VIM in the predetermined vehicle, and conducting an installation verification test.

Abstract:

Various aspects include a speaker including: an acoustic transducer for providing an audio output; a set of microphones for detecting a user voice command; and a controller coupled with the acoustic transducer and the set of microphones, wherein the controller is configured to: in response to detecting a power down command, switch the set of microphones from an active listening mode to a standby mode for a parking period, in response to detecting a power up command during the parking period, switch the set of microphones from the standby mode to the active listening mode after a first time period, and in response to detecting the power up command after expiration of the parking period switch the set of microphones from the standby mode to the active listening mode after a second time period that is greater than the first time period.
