I am a hands-on, very mechaniclally inclined individual, and given the opportunity and training I can operate just about any piece of equipment properly and safely. I can opperate the manual mill and lathe. I am also capable of making basic set-up, operation, and programing of CNC lathe and mill. I can also read and understand blueprints, I am able to measure with precise and accurate devices, I have a basic understanding of GD&T, and I am able to comprehend the basic requirements for thread making. I also competed in Skills USA in the conventional mill catagory and ranked 5th in my region. With this ranking I earned a seat in state were I placed for a silver medal. I am familiar with OSHA safety, not only in construction but also manufacturing. I posses forklift, crane, backhoe and bobcat certifications. I have experience in track home construction and in comercial as well in addition to this I have ran jobs in military bases such as Camp Penalton and the Yuma AZ. Marine base . I can do fraiming for housing and for pour in place walls ,I formset and finish concrete for new constructions or remodels for hardscape and "backyard jobs". I can install reinforcing rebar and post tention cable,I also know how to stress and repair post tention cable, All this I can do of a set of prints. With all this experience I am able to complete any given task with very minimal supervision.
